High Adventure ’22

A Scout parent prepared this beautiful itinerary as a memento. We had a couple of late-breaking changes, but it is mostly accurate.

The copper mine tour was a big hit, and the Porkies were beautiful. We used Camp Ma-Ka-Ja-Wan as our base for High Adventure. Our key lesson was always check your outfitter’s food provisions. Suffice it to say mistakes were made and we found Thimbleberries to be one of our favorite things. The lake pictures below are an unusually calm Lake Superior.
