Wilmot Mountain “Tube Night” Fundraiser

Time: 5:00-8:00 pm

Instead of our regular Troop meeting, we’ll meet at Wilmot for a Tube Night Fundraiser.

Once again, Wilmot has changed the event: we’ll be able to tube from 6-8pm, and have to purchase tickets by 6pm. Adult Leaders are working this out.

We will meet at the Legion at 5:00, drive to Wilmot together, tube during our timeslot from 6 – 8, then head back at 8:00 when it is over.

Key Points

Everyone must sign the waiver, and Scouts need their parents to sign it. We need a printed copy to buy tickets.
Once your waiver is signed, email a picture of the signed copy to Mr. Embree (delmaron@gmail.com). He will purchase tickets for us.
Wilmot only accepts credit cards & gift cards; no cash.
Inside access is limited to warming, retail, and bathrooms. Masks must be worn.
Due to staffing problems, there will be no food or beverage services.
Eating & drinking indoors is not permitted.

Cost: $22 per person; sign up now, pay at Wilmot.

Friends & Family are welcome; $5 per person goes back to the Troop for things like new tents, etc.
